Our core business follows two main streams. We are primarily selecting property with the highest potential for value creation. Meanwhile, we are constantly seeking for Core/ Core+ premium real estate asset investments offering regular revenue schemes, following an innovative approach led by a constructive partnership-based mindset. Unlike most traditional real estate investment professionals, our approach consists in selecting individual corporations based on their values and their growth potential, operating in a few target sectors, to support them in their development throughout Europe.

Our goal is to work for the preservation of our investors’ assets through real estate projects. We are achieving the safeguarding of assets through long term rent agreements with first class professional tenants, active in fast growing markets over the medium- and long-term run, and through win-win agreements with the partnering corporations. We build our strategy around our corporate values, namely Ethics, Trust and Innovation. Eventually, we strongly rely on the expertise of our Management Company and Custodian Bank, so as to wrap all our projects with the best oversight and governance standards.
