Legal advisor with 22 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector, Christian has worked with financial institutions specialized in private banking and investments, including EFG Bank (Luxembourg) SA, UBI Banca International SA, UniCredit Bank Luxembourg SA. His areas of expertise are :
- assistance and advice on all legal matters relating to the financial sector, including banking law, company law, investment funds, civil law, commercial law and law of obligations;
- review, drafting and negotiation of all contracts related to these fields;
- Legal monitoring to ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with applicable regulations;
- point of contact with all external professionals (lawyers, notaries, auditors ....) but also with the authorities (CSSF, ECB, CAA, Ministry of Finance...).
In his private life, Christian is an avid hiker & movie buff.
