This solution consists in issuing real estate-linked private debt instruments, dedicated to Premium-typed real estate assets, located in Luxembourg, in Europe and in Switzerland. The high-end assets selection strategy aims, for these bond issues, at identifying exclusive real estate and “off-market” investment opportunities, to enhance the expected return/ risk ratio, in a context where the economic environment presents particularly low interest rates.

The solution is directly exposed to the real estate markets fluctuations: risk of capital losses and liquidity risk.
