Ricardo Godinho

Ricardo Godinho is Head of Investment at Unik Capital Solutions. He is responsible for asset management activities, and participates in the sourcing and analysis of new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Unik Capital Solutions, Ricardo worked for Hines, where he was involved in asset and portfolio management initiatives in various pan-European real estate funds. Ricardo also spent some time at a Luxembourg based asset management company, where he was responsible for all asset management activities for a portfolio of office and logistics assets in Luxembourg, Belgium and France. Ricardo started his career at Blackstone, where he was responsible for setting up investment structures for different asset classes. Ricardo is driven by his passion to innovate in the real estate industry and to bring out the potential of each real estate asset he manages.
