CACIK FUND SCA SICAV-SIF "Unik Premium", one of the solutions promoted by UNIK CAPITAL SOLUTIONS, continues its investments by acquiring a luxury nursing home in Leiria, Portugal, north of Lisbon. Ideally located 15 min drive from Leiria hospital, the building covers an area of over 4,800 m² and has a capacity of 80 beds.

The addition of this asset is fully in line with the Fund’s investment strategy to build a resilient portfolio and respects in particular the fundamentals of real estate, namely: the Location, the Quality of the Tenant and a long-term firm Lease of 20 years, ensuring rental income security.

More new investments should be concluded soon in Portugal. The entire team is very pleased with the completion of this project in Portugal!
