Start of works and first sales of the UNIK Kina project in Bissen
UNIK Fund, the Luxembourg real estate development fund proposed by UNIK CAPITAL SOLUTIONS, is pleased to announce that it has just completed this week the sale of 75% of its UNIK Kina project located in Bissen.
Work on this residence consisting of 12 flats has just started at the beginning of December 2020 and is planned for a period of 24 months.
These transactions were carried out by Dynamik Capital and Engel & Völkers, the Luxembourg estate agencies in charge of the sale.
