A new real estate development project located in BISSEN is being finalized.
The building permit is expected to be obtained in June 2020. It concerns the realization of a residence of 1050m2 including 12 apartments from 53m2 to 114m2.
The beginning of the works is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2020.
This new acquisition is part of the FUND's value creation strategy.
